HOLSELF Infrared Sauna sessions can be booked as 30 or 60 minute sessions. Sauna sessions can be paired with cold plunge and use of a shower during your booked time

You want to expose as much of your skin as possible to the infrared light so we recommend going nude or in underwear/swimsuit to your comfort. We will provide clean towels to sit on during your sauna session

No! You will have your own private room and closed door to experience your sauna session as intended without anyone seeing you. A HOLSELF Guide will be available to accompany you on request, or you can experience it privately or with a friend!

Unlike traditional or classic saunas that use steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use advanced infrared heaters to warm your body directly. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this increases thermal energy, inducing a deep and relaxing sweat.

A weight loss study revealed that an increase in core body temperature resulted in a decrease in body fat. This study concluded that using an infrared sauna three times a week for 30 minutes per session helped drop an average of 4 percent body fat over a four-month period.

If you have an insensitivity to heat, have a fever, have a condition that inhibits your ability to sweat or have a pacemaker or defibrillator - we don't recommend using an infrared sauna

There is no one answer for the amount of sessions per week, but infrared saunas are safe to use every day. In fact, you will see wellness improvements sooner if you use it daily. On average, most people partake in 30-45 minute sessions, 3-4 times a week
